RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The signed reservation contract should be returned to:

C.E.R.I.O.S. – Camping les Salières, 2 Chemin des Maraises, 17410 Saint-Martin-de-Ré.

Accompanied by payment of the deposit within 7 days. You will receive a receipt confirming the amount paid.

OUR RATES

They are fixed rates. Therefore, no one may claim that they are not using the services offered in order to deviate from the requested rate. Certain services may be subject to an additional financial contribution.

FOR RENT:

The price depends on the accommodation provided and is a flat rate for 4 people in a 2-bedroom mobile home and for 6 people in a 3-bedroom mobile home. The number of occupants may not exceed the number of places indicated or the number of people mentioned on the booking contract (including children and babies).

Rentals are available – For a minimum of 2 nights in low season (excluding Ascension Day and Pentecost weekends) – For a minimum of one week in high season.

Rates include access to one vehicle per mobile home within the campground. Any additional vehicles must remain in the external parking lot.

CAMPING AND CARAVANING:

For a pitch, rates are calculated per night and per person according to age. Electricity is included and non-deductible. The number of occupants per pitch cannot exceed 6 people (including children and babies).

Rates include one vehicle per pitch within the campground (a motorhome, van, or camper van is considered one vehicle). Any additional vehicles must be parked in the external parking lot.

PAYMENT TERMS

You must pay the full amount for your stay 15 days before your arrival. Please send your payment on time, specifying the details of your stay (date, package, customer number).

It is important to respect the payment schedule for your accommodation costs. In case of non-compliance, the rental or campsite will not be made available to you on the day of arrival.

CHANGE OF STAY

Any changes made by the customer must be confirmed in writing before the scheduled arrival date, otherwise the full booking contract will be payable.

Changes concerning: dates, length of stay, or number of people, call into question our initial agreement and may result in:

  • The allocation of a rental property different from the one initially planned.
  • Camping les Salières is unable to accommodate the request for change. The conditions in the paragraph "Cancellation conditions due to the customer" below apply.

The price of rental stays is fixed for the periods indicated. Early departure or late arrival will not give rise to any refund. In the event of an extended stay or early arrival with our agreement, the nightly rate will apply.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Check-in and check-out are always during reception opening hours.

  • For campers and caravans: Check-in is possible after 11 a.m. and check-out before 11 a.m.
  • Rental: For stays during high season, arrivals are on Saturdays from 3 p.m. and departures are on Saturdays by 10 a.m. For stays during low season, arrivals are in the afternoon during reception opening hours and departures are on Saturdays by 10 a.m. Depending on availability, we may be able to adjust arrival and departure dates and times.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

  • Provision of a mobile home.
  • Bed linen, table linen, and towels are not provided.
  • Maintenance and cleaning at the end of the stay are the responsibility of the vacationers.
  • Smoking is prohibited in common areas and inside mobile homes.

In the event of failure to comply with the instructions or damage, the tenant shall reimburse the owner for any missing or damaged items and shall be held liable for any damage or deterioration caused to the rental property. If these various costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the tenant undertakes to pay the balance.

DEPOSIT

A bank card imprint (pre-authorization) for €150 per rental will be requested during your arrival formalities. It will be automatically released, except: – In the event of material loss – In the event of cleaning fees if your accommodation is not left clean and/or in good condition. In the event of a night departure (subject to acceptance by the accommodation manager), the bank imprint will be lifted at a later date, subject to any deductions, for which in this case the decision of Camping les Salières cannot be contested.

INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Compliance with the campground rules and regulations will be required.

Failure to comply with any of the general terms and conditions of sale or internal regulations may result in denial of access or expulsion from the campground without any refund.

VISITORS

Visitors are allowed on the campground until 11:30 p.m. under the responsibility of their hosts.

Visitors will be required to wear a dated visitor wristband. The cost of the wristband is €2 per person per day during high season.

Visitors' vehicles are not permitted to enter the campground under any circumstances.

ANIMALS

A maximum of two pets per facility will be accepted.

A fee of €2 per night per animal will be payable to Camping les Salières. Guests must ensure that this fee is paid before departure.

Category I dogs are not permitted. Category II dogs are permitted provided they are muzzled.

Pets must comply with health regulations. Pet health records must be presented upon admission.

Pets (including cats) must be kept on a leash or tethered at all times on the campground. They must not be left unattended on the grounds under any circumstances.

In order to prevent damage, noise pollution, and for the safety of personnel who may need to intervene, pets (especially dogs) must not be left alone in the facility or on the premises in the absence of their owner(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY

DUE TO THE CUSTOMER

In all cases, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made in writing. The amount deducted depends on the date of cancellation of the stay, as evidenced by the postmark.

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 0% of the total cost of the stay.
  • 29 to 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay.
  • Less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the stay.
  • Interruption of stay: 100% of the stay.

Please note: the above cancellation and modification conditions also apply in the event of difficulties or impossibility of travel or access to the campsite due to strikes, demonstrations, weather conditions, etc.

FROM CAMPING LES SALIERES

Camping les Salières may be required to cancel a service due to external events beyond its control. In this case, all sums paid will be refunded in full.

INSURANCE

Our insurance covers only our civil liability (not that of vacationers) and our liability to the customer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the contract. We advise you to take out "head of household" liability insurance that covers the activities you plan to engage in.

FLIGHTS

We advise you to ask your personal insurance company for extended theft coverage for your stay. The management of Camping les Salières cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings either inside or outside the campground.

It is not advisable to bring valuables or large sums of cash. The parking lots available to you are not guarded, and we accept no responsibility for theft or damage.

HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE

Vacation vouchers: Camping les Salières is approved by the ANCV (French National Vacation Voucher Agency), and vacation vouchers are accepted for payment of stays. They must be made payable to C.E.I.R.O.S, Camping les Salières (service provider name and address field) and sent to us by registered mail. We cannot be held responsible for lost vouchers.

DISPUTES

Any complaints regarding your stay must be sent within one month of the end of your stay by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to C.E.I.R.O.S, Camping les Salières, 2 chemin des Maraises, 17410 Saint-Martin-de-Ré.

DATA PROTECTION ACT (FILES)

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (No. 78/17), you have the right to access and correct any data concerning you. Unless you object in writing, we may share your contact details with other organizations.
