Internal regulations

1 – ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • No one may enter the "Les Salières" campground without authorization from the site manager, the reception manager, or, failing that, a receptionist.
  • Upon arrival, guests must present themselves at reception with their accommodation voucher (issued by their works council) or rental agreement (issued by the campsite), completed and signed in the prescribed manner, in order to complete the various administrative formalities. The reception team will then give them access to their rental accommodation and provide them with all the information they need for their stay.
  • Individuals who do not have a residence permit or rental agreement must report to reception to complete admission formalities and provide official documentation proving their identity.
  • The reception desk hours are clearly posted at the entrance.
  • Unless specifically agreed by the site manager, reception manager, or, in the absence of a receptionist, the contractual arrival and departure times for a stay cannot be changed at the guest's request.
  • Staying at the "Les Salières" campground implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and regulations and a commitment to comply with them.

2 – FORMALITIES

  • Anyone staying at least one night at the campsite must report to reception upon arrival to complete the admission formalities.
  • A wristband is given to each guest by the reception staff. Wearing this wristband is MANDATORY throughout the entire stay.
  • The formalities relating to departure must be completed the day before.
  • For safety reasons, minors unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be admitted to the campground.

3 – COMMUNAL FACILITIES

  • Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and appearance of the Les Salières campground.
  • Household waste and other rubbish must be disposed of in the recycling bins provided for this purpose at the entrance to the campsite.
  • There are no communal clotheslines. If you wish to hang your washing up to dry, you must use the campsite's facilities or trees, taking care not to damage them. Clotheslines must be discreet and pose no danger to others.
  • Floral decorations and plantings are the responsibility of a landscaper and must be respected. No modifications or additions may be made. Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, the ground, or facilities will be charged to the person responsible.
  • On camping pitches, tents, caravans, vehicles, and related equipment must be set up on the pitch designated by the reception staff, who will also provide the necessary information about the camping/caravanning services offered by the establishment.
  • Formal prohibition against marking the location with personal items, digging the ground, breaking tree branches, or driving nails into it.
  • The shared bathroom facilities are reserved primarily for campers.
  • In the shared bathrooms, shower time must be limited to a reasonable amount (between 5 and 10 minutes maximum). In the event of repeated abuse, the excessive user will be denied access to the bathrooms.
    Laundry, dishes, and shellfish must only be washed in the bins reserved for this purpose.
  • Children are not allowed to play in the shared restrooms, and if they are under 8 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent or adult when using them.

4 – SAFETY – FIRE

  • For the safety of our guests and the protection of property, surveillance cameras are installed in several locations throughout the campground. These devices are in place to ensure a secure environment and prevent any undesirable situations. By accessing the campground, each guest acknowledges that they are aware of the existence of these cameras and accepts their presence. In accordance with current legislation, the images captured are used solely for security purposes and are stored for a limited period of time.
  • Planchas, stoves, and other cooking appliances must be guaranteed to function properly and must be installed taking into account the dangers they pose.
  • The use of wood/charcoal barbecues is prohibited throughout the site by prefectural decree.
  • In case of fire, immediately alert management. Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first aid kit is available at reception. Outside of reception hours, please contact the snack bar.
  • A defibrillator (AED) is available in case of emergency in the first-aid room.

5 – FLIGHTS

  • Campsite users are asked to take the usual precautions to protect their equipment and personal belongings.
  • Les Salières campsite accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • Please report any suspicious individuals immediately to the site manager, reception manager, or, failing that, a receptionist.

6 – GAMES

  • No violent and/or disruptive and/or very noisy games will be tolerated.
  • A playground is available for children aged 2 to 12, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for ensuring that children are not left unattended.
  • Ping-pong tables, a tennis court, a multi-sport field, and a designated area for boules are available for guests to use. Children using the above-mentioned sports facilities must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for ensuring that they are not left unattended.
  • A TV room/library is available for guests. Children using the TV room/library must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for ensuring that they are not left unattended. Any damage or failure to comply with the rules will result in the user being banned from the TV room/library.

7 – WATER PARK

  • Access to the aquatic area:
    No access to the aquatic area will be permitted to persons not wearing the campsite wristband. Children may only access the pool under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, even when a lifeguard is present.
  • Appropriate attire:
    Swimsuits must be worn at all times.
    Loose-fitting shorts and boxer shorts, as well as topless sunbathing, are not permitted. Appropriate swimwear, such as UV-protective T-shirts, is permitted.
    No shoes of any kind are permitted in the aquatic area.
  • Hygiene:
    Showering and footbath are mandatory before entering the aquatic area.
    No drinking (except water), eating, or smoking.
    Animals are not allowed.
  • Safety:
    Users must ensure their own safety.
    Parents of children who cannot swim are required to provide them with appropriate equipment.
    Diving, jumping, and running in the aquatic area are prohibited. All safety instructions displayed must be strictly observed by users.

8 – LIABILITY

  • The campsite is covered by civil liability insurance. While it is liable for accidents that may occur as a result of the poor condition of its own facilities, it shall not be liable in any way for accidents resulting from misuse or abuse of these facilities. Failure to strictly comply with the internal rules of the "Les Salières" campsite shall result in the user bearing full responsibility.
  • Minors are the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian day and night.
  • Any violence or inappropriate behavior, whether verbal or physical, towards anyone on the campground will result in immediate expulsion.

9 – VEHICLE TRAFFIC AND PARKING

  • Only vehicles belonging to campers who have a permit to stay and whose license plate number has been registered at reception may circulate within the campground.
  • Only one vehicle is permitted per installation. Other vehicles must be parked in the outdoor parking lot, subject to availability.
  • Drivers must drive slowly (maximum 10 km/h) and strictly obey traffic signs.
  • All traffic is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. except for permanent departure or emergency exit.
    It is recommended not to drive a car when traveling within the campground.
  • Vehicles must be parked in the parking spaces reserved for this purpose, subject to availability. The parking space recommended for the vehicle during the stay will be designated verbally by the receptionist during the check-in formalities.
  • In all cases, a stationary vehicle must not obstruct traffic, prevent new arrivals from setting up, or disturb campers staying on neighboring sites.
  • Paid charging stations for electric vehicles are available on the campground premises. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to connect a vehicle to the electrical installations of mobile homes and campsites.
  • Children under the age of 12 riding bicycles or personal mobility devices must wear a protective helmet, as required by Decree 2016-1800 of December 21, 2016, even within the campground.
    All cyclists, adults and children alike, must adjust their speed and visibility (bicycle lights are mandatory at night) within the campground.

10 – NOISE AND NUISANCES

  • The current rules and regulations of the "Les Salières" campground strictly prohibit any noise disturbance between midnight and 7 a.m. Guests are asked to avoid any noise or conversations that may disturb their neighbors between 11:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. (Audio devices must be adjusted accordingly).
  • In the event that one or more guests disturb the stay of other users or fail to comply with the provisions of these internal rules, the site manager or security officer on duty may, if deemed necessary, issue a verbal or written warning to the guest(s) concerned to cease the disturbance.
  • In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the rental agreement.

11 – VISITORS

  • Visitors will be admitted to the campground until 11:30 p.m. only after having been registered in advance by their host(s) at the campground reception desk.
  • Visitors will be required to wear a dated visitor wristband. The cost of the wristband is €2 per person per day during high season (no charge during low season).
  • Visitors will remain under the responsibility of their host(s). They must strictly adhere to the same rules as their hosts and are subject to the establishment's internal regulations.
  • Visitors' vehicles are not permitted within the campground.
  • The number of visitors may not exceed 8 people (including children) per day and per site.

12 – CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING ANIMALS

  • Pets must be declared during the administrative formalities upon arrival.
  • The C.S.E. must be notified and must have accepted the pet(s) in advance.
  • A maximum of two pets per facility will be accepted.
  • A fee of €2 per night per animal is payable to the Les Salières campsite. Guests must ensure that this fee is paid before departure.
  • Category I dogs are not permitted. Category II dogs are permitted provided they are muzzled.
  • Pets must comply with health regulations. Pet health records must be presented upon admission.
  • Pets (including cats) must be kept on a leash or tethered at all times on the campground. They must not be left unattended on the grounds under any circumstances.
  • In order to prevent damage, noise pollution, and for the safety of personnel who may need to intervene, pets (especially dogs) must not be left alone in the facility or on the premises in the absence of their owner(s).
  • Animals must be taken outside the campground for their needs. Any accidental droppings must be picked up.
  • Guests will be civilly liable for their pets in all cases.

13 – DEAD GARAGES

  • Equipment and/or installations may only be left unoccupied on the premises with the management's consent and only in the designated location. A fee will be charged for "dead storage."

14 – CATERING SERVICE

  • The restaurant is reserved for campsite guests. Only guests wearing a wristband are allowed to enter and consume food and drink in this area.
  • The establishment has a Licence IV, which allows it to sell alcoholic beverages classified in the category of "beverages with an alcohol content of 4% or more," in accordance with current legislation. This license authorizes the sale, consumption, and distribution of all alcoholic beverages covered by the regulations relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
  • In accordance with the Public Health Code ART.L.3342-1, L.3342-3, the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to minors. Similarly, it is prohibited to admit minors under the age of sixteen who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to establishments serving alcoholic beverages.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring in and consume your own products; consumption is limited exclusively to products purchased on site.
  • Food is available both on site and as takeaway products: The prices and terms of sale displayed apply uniformly to all modes of service.
  • Service hours are clearly displayed at the entrance to the restaurant. They may vary depending on how busy it is.
  • All customers are expected to behave in a respectful and friendly manner. In the event of behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive, staff reserve the right to refuse service to problematic customers in accordance with the Public Health Code ART.L.3353-2 (It is prohibited for beverage sellers to serve drinks to people who are clearly drunk or to allow them into their establishments).
  • Any breach of the provisions set out in this article may result in penalties ranging from a warning to permanent exclusion from the restaurant and, where applicable, from the campsite, by the site manager.

15 – DISPLAY

  • These rules and regulations will be displayed at the campground reception desk. They will also be provided to guests upon request.

16 – VIOLATION OF INTERNAL REGULATIONS

  • In the event that a guest fails to comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the site manager (or, failing that, a member of the campsite team appointed by the manager) may, if deemed necessary, issue a verbal or written warning to the guest to comply with the rules in force.
  • In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the director to comply, the latter may terminate the contract.
  • In the event of a criminal offense, the director may call upon law enforcement.
  • CSE members of the CEIROS association will be informed of any breaches of these internal regulations committed by their agents or rental guests.
